Brownsville, TX (Northland's NewsCenter/KGBT-TV) - A Texas Judge has denied bond for the Virginia man accused of kidnapping his estranged wife.

According to KGBT-TV, 40 year-old Timothy Caskey appeared before U.S. Magistrate Court Judge Ronald Morgan in Brownsville Tuesday morning.

The Judge ordered that Caskey be held without bond until he is extradited back to Minnesota.

Caskey was arrested in Mexico on Monday after allegedly abducting 44-year-old Roberta Caskey in Virginia in mid July and driving to Mexico.

Roberta was reunited with her children today.
