Hayward, WI (Northland's NewsCenter) The trial for one of the suspects in a brutal murder of a 93 year old Radisson, Wisconsin woman was postponed again Monday as the defendant once again demanded a new lawyer.

29 year old Christopher Roalson has turned down four public defense attorneys so far.

His trial was expected to begin on the 27th, but now a scheduling conference will be held instead to provide yet another attorney for Roalson.

Roalson has been charged with first degree murder for allegedly killing Irena Rozak at her home on May 3rd, 2009.

In January, 17 year old Austin Davis was sentenced to 25 years in prison and 15 years of extended supervision for his part in the murder.
