Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com)-- If rhubarb is your favorite food, there was plenty to go around Saturday at the 9th annual Rhubarb Festival in Duluth.
From rhubarb brats, to rhubarb salsa, and of course plenty of rhubarb pie, the tart treat was available in many forms.
Saturday's festival not only provides a fun festival atmosphere, but supports the CHUM center in Duluth. Event organizers say the festival gets bigger and better each year.
"This is by far the biggest crowd we've ever had, we're doing great we're very happy and this is celebratory atmosphere, we have good music, good rhubarb cobbler, rhubarb brats, games for the kids and a silent auction."
Proceeds go to the CHUM center, which provides resources and assistance to poverty and homelessness in the area.
Saturday's event capped off with a performance from local favorite Charlie Parr.
