Foccacia Bun
Caramelized Onions
Porketta
Fennel Mayonnaise (Mayonnaise with ground up toasted fennel seeds)
Fontina cheese
Toast Foccacia bun in oven. Saute slice onions in butter until brown. Add sliced Porketta to the pan. Spread fennel mayonnaise on bun and top with onion and porketta. Top with fontina cheese and place in oven again to melt.
