Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Parmesan herb cheese mixture
Bruschetta (tomato, onion, basil, olive oil and garlic)
Heat a generous amount of olive oil over medium/high heat. Dip chicken in buttermilk and cover in flour. Place breaded chicken in hot pan. Once both sides are browned, pour oil out of the pan. Now sprinkle shredded parmesan and the parmesan herb cheese mixture over the chicken. Then add bruschetta to pan, followed by marinara. Cover pan and set aside. In a new pan, heat garlic butter over medium heat. Add pre-cooked noodles. Plate noodles, top with chicken.
