Chipotle Artichoke Dip

Chipotle Artichoke Dip:

12 oz of Artichoke Hearts
4 oz or 1/4 cup of Monterrey Jake Cheese
2 oz or 3 table spoons of Mayonnaise
2oz or 3 table spoons of Sour Cream
2 tablespoons of your favorite hot sauce
1/3 teaspoon Black Pepper
1/3 teaspoon Garlic Powder

First chop up the artichokes in a rough chop. Next mix in half of the cheese,sour cream, mayo, hot sauce, garlic powder, and pepper. Then place the artichoke dip in oven safe containers and bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Next take them out of the oven and add the remaining cheese and place a back in the oven until the cheese is golden brown, or you can place it under the broiler until golden brown.
