In 1905 Teddy Roosevelt was president; Einstein just published his paper on special relativity and Cloquet resident Edna Kalkbrenner was born.
Today Edna celebrated her one hundred and sixth birthday.
Surrounded by her friends and care providers at the Lighthouse of Cloquet Assisted living, Edna reminisced about her long life.
We asked her share her secret to longevity.
"You can't change things anyway, so make the best of everyday that's all I can think of"
Edna says other than a little trouble with her hearing, she feels the same as... one–hundred and five.
