A winter storm has degrade road conditions around much of the region. Northern Minnesota road condtiions are fair to difficult. Souther Minnesota road conditions including the Twin Cities are fair to good. Northern Wisconsin road conditions are fair to difficult. Western Wisconsin road conditions are difficult. Southern Wisconsin road condtions are good. A Winter Storm Warning will stay in effect for northern Saint Louis, Itasca, Koochiching and northern Aitkin Counties until 6 AM Friday. A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for the same period for Cook, Lake, southern Saint Louis, Carlton and southern Aitkin Counties.
