Olive U platter:
8 kalamata olives at bottom of Martini Glass with 4 green olives, 2 stuffed with pimento and 2 plain. Put 3 olives on frill pick and put on top of others.
4 slices of focaccia with 2 oz of hummus in a dish

Olive U would pair well with a medium dry white such as LaCrescent or a full-bodied red such as Mancini's Levee Red.

Artisan Board:
1/2 wedge asiago crumbled
1 oz gouda cheese
1 oz pepper jack cheese
(we vary the cheeses on this platter for variety)
Crackers & Pita chips
3 strawberries, sliced and 4 blackberries
Sprinkle parsley for garnish

The Artisan Board pairs well with a dry white wine such as Seyal Blanc or a medium dry red such as Country Red.
