Chicken Stir Fry Salad

Prep Recipe:

Ingredients Specifics Full Batch Half Batch
Red Onion Julienne 1 oz
80/20 Oil Blend 1 oz
Pea pods Julienne 1 oz
Red peppers Julienne 1 oz
Broccoli Small pieces 2 oz

Water chestnuts 2 oz
Romaine Chopped 6 oz
Marinated chicken breast Diced 5 oz
Teriyaki dressing 3 oz
Angel hair pasta Garnish/deep fried 1 oz
Peanuts Garnish 1 tbsp
Bread and butter
1/4 Mushrooms 1 oz

Yield 1 serving

Procedure

1. Heat sauté pan and add 1 tbsp of oil. Sauté chicken until 3/4’s done.
2. Add stir-fry vegetables pack, mushrooms and water chestnuts sauté until tender.
3. Add teriyaki dressing heat.
4. Pour hot mixture over romaine lettuce.
5. Garnish with angel hair pasta around outer rim of pasta bowl and place peanuts over salad.
