1-Whitefish Fillet
1 oz. Crab
1 oz. Portobella Mushrooms (diced)
1 oz. Shrimp
Sauce:
2 oz. Half and Half
1 oz. Parmesan Cheese
1 oz. Dry white Wine
1/2 oz. Flour
Bake whitefish in oven at 400 degree's for about 8-10 minutes. In a 8" pan saute mushrooms, shrimp, and crab for about three to four minutes until done. In a separate 8" pan on medium heat, add half and half, Parmesan cheese, and wine until blended, and add flour to thicken. Place whitefish on plate and pour seafood mix and sauce over the top. Add parsley flakes for a garnish.
