Chicken Marsala

1 eight ounce chicken breast
1 cup button or cremini mushrooms
3 tablespoons vegetable stock or base
1 cup marsala dry wine
1tbsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tbsp hungarian hot paprika
4 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp sweet smoked paprika
1 tbsp basil
1 tbsp oregano
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp red onion
1 cup flour

-Start by mixing all dry ingredients with the flour
-Then butterfly the chicken breast
-Drop chicken into the flour
-Start with hot pan and 1 tbsp olive oil and let heat to high temp and pan sear the chicken on both sides for 2-3 min max
-Then take out and saute mushrooms for a minute then add chicken back to pan and with marsala wine and veggie base cook until its reduced so the sauce is thick then eat it but not too fast you wouldn't want to burn your mouth
