White Fish

This salad dressing goes great with any smoked fish. If you like to fish you can smoke your own or buy it already smoked.

Beaner's also offers this salad with fresh fruit if smoked fish isn't your thing.

Use red cabbage and some organic spring mix. Beaner's will soon be getting local produce and you'll be able to stop by the farmers markets.
You can make this a vegetarian or vegan dish with a few changes. Exchange the fish for fruit & skip the butter on the almonds.
