2 Qts cooked wild rice
5 eggs
5 slices shredded pepper jack cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp. montreal steak seasoning
1 Tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 cups flour
Beat eggs; add remaining ingredients and mix until combined.Portion into 6 oz and form each into a patty. Grill both sides until lightly browned and cooked all the way through.
Yield: 8-10 burgers
