Chocolate Truffle Cookies
Makes 4 Dozen
What you’ll need…
1 ¼ Cup butter, soft
2 ¼ cups confectioners’ sugar
1/3 cup baking cocoa
¼ cup sour cream
1 T. vanilla
2 ¼ cup flour
2 cups of semisweet chocolate chips
¼ cup chocolate sprinkles
In a mixing bowl, cream butter, sugar, and cocoa until it is light and fluffy.
Beat in Sour Cream and Vanilla. Add Flour, mix well. Stir in Chocolate Chips
Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Roll in to inch balls and dip them into the chocolate sprinkles.
On the baking pan, place them sprinkle side up on a non-greased sheet.
Bake at 325°F for 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool.
