Diablo trio:
2 oz sliced red pepper
2 medium white mushrooms
2 oz heavy whipping cream
1 oz chipotle in adobe
1 oz red pepper pesto
6 oz alfredo sauce
3 oz cooked chicken we use rotisserie chicken
3 oz Anduille sausage
3 Medium Tiger Shrimp
10 oz Penne noodles
Cajun seasoning to taste
Sauté peppers and mushrooms. Add heavy whipping cream, Chipotles in adobo, and Pesto.
Add sausage, chicken, and alfredo and mix thoroughly. Toss with Penne pasta. Plate in a pasta bowl. Top with cooked Cajun Shrimp
