Flaming Cheese Fajitas
Ingredients (amount is as desired):
Red and green bell peppers
Canola oil (for sauteing)
Fresh tomato salsa
Cut large chunks of vegetables, and strips of chicken and steak. Pour canola oil onto hot skillet. Start sauteing the vegetables, chicken and meat. Add Mexican seasoning. Once vegetables start to become tender, add your favorite salsa to keep the mixture moist. Once the meat is cooked through, remove from heat. Top with shredded cheese. Wrap up in your favorite tortilla and enjoy!
