Sundried Tomato and Garlic Homemade Pasta with a Portobello Scampi Sauce
Prepare dough by combining flour, egg and water.
Flatten dough using pasta maker or rolling pin.
Cut into fettucini noodles using pizza cutter or pasta maker.
Place noodles in bowling water for a few minutes.
Remove.
Now for the sauce....
Pour olive oil into hot pan. Add minced garlic, red pepper, diced green peppers, diced onion, diced sundried tomato, white wine and fresh lemon juice from half of a lemon. Reduce heat to simmer.
Drain noodles, and add to saute pan. Now add sliced portobello mushrooms, and add a pinch of kosher salt.
Plate and enjoy!
