Pickwick's Lake Superior Salad

1 handful Spring or Mescaline Greens
1/8 cup roasted/candied walnuts
1/8 cup cooked wild rice
2 tablespoons craisins
1 tablespoon diced red onion
1 hard boiled egg
3 oz vinaigrette
2 oz smoked fish(smoked whitefish is preferred)

Maple Dijon Vinaigrette
1/4 cup maple syrup
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 to 3/4 cup olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
