Pad Thai

Phad Thai:

Rice noodles
Vegetables (cabbage, carrots, sweet peas, and broccoli)
Bean sprouts
Diced garlic
Roasted peanut pieces
Sauce (ingredients below)

1 tbs. Oyster Sauce
1 tbs. Hoisin Sauce
1 tbs. Chili Paste
2 tbs. Soy Sauce
1.5 tbs. Black Soya Sauce
1 tbs. Sweet Soya Sauce
2.5 tbs. Sugar
.5 tbs. Chili Garlic Sauce
1.5 tbs. Rice Vinegar
.5 tbs. Salt
Combine all ingredients in sauce and set aside.

Soak rice noodles in water over night. In a pan, saute garlic in oil. (If you want to make traditional Pad Thai with eggs add two eggs at this time.) Now add vegetables and shrimp (tofu, chicken or beef also an option here) to the saute. Then add rice noodles. Finally, stir in the previously prepared sauce. Plate the dish and sprinkle with roasted peanut pieces and bean sprouts. Now sit back and enjoy this delicious dish!
