Red Curry Prawn
4 Prawns
1 Tbsp. Red curry paste
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Sugar
1 c. Coconut milk
1/2 c. Chicken broth
1 c. Mixed veggies
Basil
2 Tbs. Vegetable oil
Place oil in a hot pan, add curry, chicken broth, coconut milk, salt, and sugar. Add the prawns to hot mixture. Once the prawns are pink, add vegetables. Pour over steamed rice and enjoy!
