- 1 Medium Yellow Onion
- 1 Medium Red Onion
- 1 Green Pepper
- 1 Red Pepper
- 4 Ounces of Steak (Sirloin, New York Strip, Rib-eye, etc...)
- 4 Ounces of Mahi Mahi
- 1 Tbsp Red Fish Seasoning
- 2 Ounces of Fajita Marinade
- 2 Ounces of Olive Oil
- Flour Tortillas - As Needed
- Lettuce, Cheese, Sour Cream, Guacamole - As Needed

Slice the Onions and Peppers into strips. Combine the Onions and Peppers into a bowl and mix. Slice the steak and mahi into strips too. Place the Red Fish Seasoning on the mahi and coat. Heat up two saute pans at a medium heat. Place Onions and Pepper mixture into one of the saute pan and cook for about 2-3 minutes. Meanwhile, place the steak and mahi strips into the other saute pan and cook for about 5 minutes or until the mahi is white in color on the inside. Place the Onion and Pepper mix onto a hot skillet. Place the meats on top of the Onion and Peppers. Ladle the Fajita Marinade over the whole skillet. Finally, assemble the Onion and Pepper mix onto the tortilla. Place the meat on top of that. Then enjoy some of the other toppings as you wish.
