Szechuan Delight Stir Fry

Stir Fry ingredients:

Sugar Snap Peas
Green Bell Pepper
Water Chestnuts
Bamboo Shoots (canned)
Baby Corn
3 tbs. Vegetable oil
2 tbs. Minced garlic
2 tbs. Corn startch
Place pan over medium heat and pour in vegetable oil. Add minced garlic. Add pre-cooked chicken, pork, shrimp, and beef (sautee in oil in a sepate pan before hand). Add vegetables. Add szechuan sauce followed by a few tablespoons of corn startch for thickening. Add hot sauce as desired.

Szechuan Sauce:
2 tbs. Oyster Sauce
1 tbs. Cooking wine
1/2 tbs. Vinegar
1 tbs. Sesame oil
1/2 tsp. Ground black pepper
1 tsp. Garlic
1 tbs. Hoysen Sauce
2 tbs. Soy sauce
1/2 c. Chicken broth
Mix ingredients together and add to sautee.
