Fudge Topped Cheesecake Bars

1 1/2 cups crushed chocolate cookies
1/4 cup (1/2 stick butter)
2 pounds ( 4 eight ounce packages) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup dairy sour cream
3 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon vanilla
4 large eggs
1/4 cup chocolate fudge ice cream topping, warmed

Preheat oven to 325F. Coat a 9 inch baking pan with cooking spray. Mix the cookie crumbs and melted butter and press evenly into the baking pan. In a large bowl, with a hand mixer beat the cream cheese and sugar until blended. Pour over the crumb crust. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until center is just set. Chill 4 hours or overnight. Cut into squares and drizzle with the fudge topping before serving. Makes 16.
