Amount of ingredients will vary depending on the amount of people you are feeding and according to their taste.

Shrimp
Lobster meat
Chicken (cut into pieces)
Pork (cut into pieces)
2 tablespoon canola oil
garlic cloves (chopped and according to taste)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
oyster sauce
broccoli pieces
pea-pods
carrot slices
mushroom pieces
red bell peppers slices
water chestnuts

Heat oil in Wok (or frying pan)
add garlic and allow to warm and then add meat and vegetables. stir-fry for a cpl minutes and add oyster sauce, salt and sugar. heat thoroughly and Enjoy!
