Laughter Leads to Happier, Healthier Life

Many people say laughter is the key to life. It can heal wounds and lighten moods, but can it really lead to a healthier and happier life? Robin Rinke of the Lighthouse of Superior thinks so.

Robin is presenting a seminar at the assisted living community in Superior on Wednesday about the benefits of laughter. She came on KBJR 6 and Range 11 News Today to share some of her knowledge.

She says that laughter can improve the physical, emotional and social aspects of your life.

Physically, Rinke claims that if you laugh for ten minutes every day you will lose five pounds by the end of the year.

Emotionally, she says laughter can lift your spirits.

Finally, she says, laughter can improve social relationships.
