'Power of the Purse' to raise money for United Way

Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) - The United Way of Greater Duluth's Imagination Library gives books to kids every month until their fifth birthday.

So far, 3,500 kids in Duluth and up the North Shore are enrolled in the program and the United Way wants to keep it going with their Power of the Purse fundraiser.

The fundraiser will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday, May 1 at the Spirit Mountain Chalet.
