Roasted Pepper "Juicy Lucy"
Take two thin ground beef patties, place 2 ounces of pepper jack cheese in the middle of a patty and place the other patty on top. Use your fingers to work your way around the patties, joining them into one.
Place into ungreased pan to begin cooking. In the same pan, place bell peppers and onion mixture along with diced green chiles.
Once the burger is done and in the bun, top with pepper onion mixture, green chiles, and fresh cut jalapenos. Top with spicy mayonnaise.
