UWS forum to focus on aging

Superior, WI (NNCNOW.com) - In the Twin Ports area, the population of people 65 and older exceeds the national average. It's called the "Age Wave" and the University of Wisconsin Superior is hosting a forum Tuesday to help caregivers of the elderly know what to expect.

The forum, called "Caring for Our Aging Parents and Ourselves" offers a panel of experts on subjects related to aging.

The forum takes place from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 22 in the Erlenbach Lecture Hall located in Swenson Hall on the University of Wisconsin Superior campus.

The forum costs $15 for people under age 65 and $10 for those 65 and over. The price includes a light meal.
