State of Emergency Declared for Douglas County

Flooding in Superior

Superior, WI (Northland's NewsCenter) --- A state of emergency has been declared for Douglas County in Wisconsin.

This is due to the heavy flooding and damage that has occurred across the county because of excessive rainfall.

Both Superior and Hermantown have also declared a state of emergency because of flooding and washed out roads.
