• Help Centers Set Up for Flood Victims

  Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) --- Help Centers have been set up in Duluth, Cloquet and Moose Lake to assist flood victims with applying for loans and flood aid.

  Hikers and Campers can Soon Return to Jay Cooke

  There is still a long road to recovery along Highway 210 near Jay Cooke State Park and within the park itself. But, campers and hikers itching to get back inside only have a few weeks to wait.

• Flood Ravaged Willard Munger Trail Repairs Could Begin Next Week

  Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) --- Crews are planning to begin repairs on Monday for the heavily damaged Willard Munger Trail following June's flooding.

• St. Louis County Receives $125,000 to Assist Low-Income Flood Victims

  Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) --- St. Louis County has received an additional $125,000 to help low-income flood victims who have already become homeless or are at risk of becoming homeless due to June's floods.

• HIghway 61 Flood Repair Projects Begin

  Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) -- Flood repair projects will begin on Highway 61 between Duluth and Two Harbors.

• Farmers Eligible for Flood Assistance

  St. Paul, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) -- The Minnesota Department of Agriculture is accepting applictions for state flood assistance from farmers who were affected by June's flooding.

• Green Mill and North Shore Bank Team up for Flood Relief Efforts

  Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) -- The North Shore Bank of Commerce and Green Mill have teamed up to help those affected by June's flooding.

• 

  Behind the Barricades: Thomson and Jay Cooke Re-build

  Thomson, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) --- The town of Thomson and neighboring Jay Cooke State Park were decimated during the June Flood. Two months later, things may look better on the outside, but behind the barricades, lies a mess that is only barely cleaned up.

• $5 Million Dollars Awarded to Fix Flood-Ravaged MN Roads

  Washington, D.C. (Northland's NewsCenter) - Flood-ravaged Northeastern Minnesota and other portions of the state are getting an extra shot in the arm in ongoing relief efforts.

• MN Recovers Task Force to Assist with Disaster Funds

  St. Paul, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) -- The Minnesota Recovers Task Force will work with state agencies to distribute funds included in the disaster relief bill that was passed on August 24.
