Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) -- A new amenity in Duluth is providing Northlander's an additional safety measure when out biking.
The first self–service bike repair station was revealed today along the Lakewalk.
The station includes a bike stand, an air pump and eight different tools to repair a bike.
It also provides a Q–R code to access tutorial videos for those who are unsure how to fix their bike.
"If they get there and they're like 'oh, I need to change a flat, you know, I have a flat tire, but I don't know how to do it,' they can scan it and watch a video we produced and it will show them how to change it," said Kraig Decker with Continental Ski and Bike.
Five other bike repair stations will be installed along popular Duluth bike routes in the next few months.
