Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- The fate of Rockridge Elementary School in Duluth has been up for debate since it closed in 2011.
Tuesday evening the Duluth School Board will decide whether to permanently sell the school property.
In the closed school board meeting on Tuesday board members talked about selling the property to prospective buyers, weighing their options.
There have been issues with selling the building in the past, but by rezoning the property back in June from single-family residential, or R-1, to residential, or R-P, it has made the property more appealing to buyers.
We will keep you updated on the board's decision as information becomes available.
