Come attend the 36th Annual Minnesota Overeaters Anonymous Conventions. The event will feature two national speakers who will describe how they found a solution to eating issues.

The first keynote speaker, Chris B., is currently maintaining a 300 lb weight loss; he used to wear pants with a 66” waist. He states that he has the ABC's of eating disorders:
*Anorexic (I used to starve myself, sometimes for days),
*Bulimic (I used to purge the excess weight through laxative abuse and over-exercising),
*Compulsive Overeater (I compulsively overate)

The second keynote speaker, Connie H., states, “…OA has taught me that life is not about food, even though my life had been all about food.”

In addition to the featured speakers, at least 15 local speakers will offer their experience, strength, and hope of recovering from eating disorders through personal stories. Topics include compulsive eating, binging, anorexia, bulimia, and over-exercising. There will also be entertainment, group meetings, and fellowship with other attendees. Some of the speakers have lost over 100 pounds or more and have maintained their weight loss for years.
