Cass County Man Found Guilty of Sexual Conduct

Cass County, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) -- A Cass Lake man was found guilty Thursday after he allegedly made sexual contact with a person under the age of 13, in May of 2011.

After a three-day trial, 50 year old, Richard Leslie Larsen, of Cass Lake, was found guilty of three counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct in the Second Degree.

Larsen was acquitted of one count of Criminal Sexual Conduct in the First Degree.

Larsen is in custody at the Cass County Jail pending sentencing, which is scheduled from September 17.
