(NNCNOW.com) -- The chairwoman of the Moose Lake School Board has been sentenced to her third drunken driving charge in six years.
59-year-old Kristine Lyons, will spend 29 days in the Carlton County Jail and due to a staggered sentence, Lyons will report back to for a Review Hearing on September 9, 2013 and serve another 30 days.
As part of the sentence, Lyons can not drink alcohol and must attend Alcoholics Anonymous.
Lyons will also pay a fine of $1,615.
Lyons was arrested on August 15, 2012 and charged with two counts of second-degree driving while impaired.
Lyons was convicted of one count of second-degree driving while impaired, while her other charge of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, was dismissed.
Due to an amended plea, she faced a conviction of DWI.
