Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- A pathologist from the University of North Dakota testified today on Joshua Littlewolf's behalf as day five of the murder trial continued in Duluth.

Littlewolf requested a second opinion from Doctor Mary Ann Sens on the autopsy results of Joshua Olson.

Sens, however, was unable to answer the questions the defense wanted.

The defense wanted to know whether the person who murdered Olson was right or left handed, how many sharp force injuries Olson suffered, the type of knife used, and the position of the body and assailant at the time of the killing.

Sens cast doubt that there was more than one assailant and said there were no inconsistencies with Dr Kundell's report that ruled Olson died between the hours of 2 and 3 a.m.

Littlewolf was last seen leaving the Skinner apartments at 3:08 a.m.

Also in court Monday, the jury listened to the rest of the first audio interview that Littlewolf had with police after the murder.

The trial could last three to four weeks.
