Duluth Police 'Wanted Person of the Week' Apprehended

Duluth, MN (Northland’s NewsCenter) – It may be a new record. It took just hours to locate and arrest Duluth's 'Property Crimes Wanted Person of the Week.'

28 year old Mark Anthony Lewis the second was wanted on a felony warrant for violating his probation on a pair of Burglary convictions.

Duluth Police alerted local news media about their search for Lewis and less than two hours after his photo was broadcast on our evening newscasts, a telephone tip lead to his arrest.

Police say they couldn't have done it without the help of the public.
