Duluth Wanted Person Arrested

Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) -- One of the Duluth Police Department's "Property Crimes Wanted Person of the Week" has been arrested.

On Thursday, authorities spotted Jesse Hanninen on the 200 Block of North 2nd Avenue East. Hanninen had felony warrants for his arrest stemming from Possession of a Controlled Substance, Financial Transaction Card Fraud, and Burglary cases.

Authorities say two Duluth Police Officers chased after Hanninen as he fled on foot. Hanninen was caught and arrested a short time later.

He was transported to the Saint Louis County Jail for 3 felony warrants and issued a citation for Fleeing a Police Officer on Foot and Obstructing Legal Process Without Force.
