Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Duluth Police have taken their latest "Property Crimes Wanted Person of the Week" into custody thanks to a tip from the public.

On Sunday, authorities received a 911 call that Justin Thatcher, who had a felony warrant out for his arrest, was spotted along the 2200 block of West 2nd Street.

When officers responded to the scene, Thatcher allegedly fled and lead police on a foot chase before he was arrested. Thatcher is currently being lodged at the St. Louis County Jail on his outstanding warrant.

Thatcher was wanted for violation of probation stemming from a financial transaction card fraud case.

The Duluth Police Department would like to thank the public for their assistance in apprehending Thatcher.
