Duluth man pleads not guilty to child pornography charges

Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com)--- A Duluth man has pleaded not guilty to charges of distributing and possessing child pornography.

Mark John Branovan is facing one count of distribution of child pornography and one count of possession of child pornography.

An indictment against Branovan alleges that he knowingly distributed pictures and video of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct that was mailed in interstate and foreign commerce.

Branovan is currently not in custody.

A trial date has been set for January 28 in Federal Court in Minneapolis.
