Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) -- Two Duluth men have been charged for Monday night's aggravated robbery in Duluth, while two others await charges.
21 year old Duluth resident Jason Curtis is charged with 2nd Degree Assault and 1st Degree Aggravated Robbery, while 21 year old Tamarlus Hutto of Duluth, is charged with Aid and Abet Aggravated Robbery in the 1st Degree.
The criminal complaint says that a man was driving his vehicle near South 17th Avenue East in Duluth, when a 15-year-old male flagged him down.
The 15 year old allegedly got in the car, removed the keys from the ignition and demanded the man's cell phone and money.
Police say that Curtis went up to the vehicle, put a pistol in the man's face and demanded other items.
Curtis, the 15 year old, and another suspect, took off in a car, driven by Hutto, which was later found in a nearby parking lot.
Police searched the car and recovered the items that were stolen from the man.
The other suspect is awaiting charges.
The 15 year old was transported to the Arrowhead Juvenile Center.
Curtis is being held on a $100,000 bail while Hutto's bail is $75,000 dollars.
