Four people charged in connection with drug bust

Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Four people have been charged in connection with an investigation into the sale of heroin and marijuana.

On Monday, the Duluth Police Department Tactical Response Team executed search warrants at two apartments along the 2200 Block of West 3rd Street in connection with an investigation into the sale of heroin and marijuana by the Lake Superior Drug and Violent Crime Task Force.

Authorities say they found loaded firearms in both apartments. Four children were also present inside one of the apartments when the search warrant was executed.

Four people that were taken into custody and formally charged in Saint Louis County District Court this morning.

- 26 year old Jeremiah Lee Bonilla was charged with 3rd degree sale of heroin, Felon in Possession of a Firearm, and Child Endangerment.

- 25 year old Adrianna Rose Cortes was charged with Child Endangerment

- 26 year old David Joel Adams was charged with 5th degree sale of marijuana

- 28 year old Roberto Villalobos was charged with two counts of 3rd degree sale of heroin
