Virginia, MN (NNCNOW.com) -- A 23 year old Iron Range man has been sentenced for stabbing another man in Virginia, causing the victim's lung to collapse.
Nathaniel Agbator pleaded guilty to assault in the first degree, a felony, for the incident that happened last May.
His public defender, Bruce Williams, say Agbator received a suspended sentence and credit for the time already served in St. Louis County Jail.
He'll also have to follow guidelines of his probation.
