Iron Range Photographer Pleads Guilty to Peeping on Minor

Eveleth, MN (NNCNOW.com) - The owner of an Eveleth photography studio could avoid jail time after pleading guilty to interference with Privacy against a minor.

Donald Louis Peterson, 56, of Thomas Leonard Studio was charged last year after police received a complaint that Peterson had looked through a hole in the wall into the dressing room where a juvenile female had been changing.

Peterson faces two years of supervised probation, a $1,000 fine and must undergo a psychosexual evaluation. If he meets the terms of his probation, Peterson won't have to serve any jail time.

Sentencing is scheduled for October 10th.
