Juvenile Charged in Connection with Stabbing

-- Charges have been filed against a juvenile in connection with a stabbing in Duluth's Central Hillside.

The 17-year-old will be extradited from Douglas County, to St. Louis County to face charges of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Degree Assault.

Duluth Police say they found a 17-year-old girl with a stab wound to her chest from a knife this weekend. They also said she had been hit in the head with a wooden baseball bat.

Police found an 18-year-old man nearby who had also been hit in the head with the bat.

Police are still searching for another suspect in connection with this crime.
