Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) --- The Duluth Police Department needs the public's help in locating its latest "Property Crimes Wanted Person of the Week".
22 year old Haley Engstad has a warrant for felony theft and is a suspect in numerous cell phone thefts.
Authorities say she has recently been frequenting coffee shops and asking individuals to use their cell phone. Police say she then flees the scene with the phone.
Engstad is described as 5' 10'', weighing 145 pounds with blue eyes and blonde hair.
Anyone with information on Engstad's whereabouts are asked to call 911.
