Level III Predatory Offender Released

Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) -- The Duluth Police Department is notifying the public on the release and relocation od a Level III Predatory Offender.

40-year-old Dennis James Armstrong is currently living on England Avenue in Duluth.

Armstrong has a history of sexual contact with vitctims (males and females, ages 5 - 7).

Police say Armstrong knew his victims.

Armstrong is 5'8" and weights 183 pounds.
