Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) --- A homeless man is in custody and may face burglary and trespassing charges after police were called to a potential burglary in Duluth's Hillside neighborhood.
Duluth police were called to an unoccupied property at 109 Cascade Street near First Avenue West around noon, Sunday.
Authorities say the property owner saw a broken window and believed a burglary might still be in progress.
