Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) - Police say he ran from authorities and cut his hair to avoid being caught after being spotted holding a rifle outside a Duluth Home.
Police say Marcus Michael Linky, 22, was standing outside a house on the 1300 block of East 4th street Wednesday night when they responded to a disturbance.
An officer ordered Linky to drop the gun, which he did, but then he ran inside the house.
Police obtained a search warrant and inside they found the man, with his hair cut hair, scissors close by and a baseball cap.
Linky is charged with fleeing an officer.
Other charges are pending.
